Hi I have a very complicated problem. I have been a chronic marijuana user for years and masturbate about 2-3 times a day. About a year ago I had unprotected sex and caught chlamydia. The main problem I was having from the chlamydia was a severe inflammation in the tubes in my testicles and burning sensation when I would urinate. I took doxycycl!ne for 10 days which seemed to cure the problem but then a few weeks after I stopped taking the medication the inflammation came back but not the burning when I pee. The chlamydia had caused me to get epididimytis and my doctor told me it would just take time to heal and to take Napr?xen to help it. I hadnt stopped smoking marijuana or masturbating throughout this entire ordeal. Eventually the inflammation went down and I stopped taking the medicine and again a few weeks after I stopped taking it the inflammation came back. I went to the doctor again and he told methe same thing that it would just take time to heal so I kept taking the napr?xen. Finally I made my self stop drinking and smoking marijuana for the first time in 2 1/2 years. I was a waitor in a restaurant at the time and one day at work about 2 weeks after I quit smoking and drinking I got a really bad burning pain in my testicles and when I went to the bathroom to look at it both of my tubes leading to both of my tesicles were VERY inflammed probably the worst they had ever been and the veins running through my sack were very red and I was in alot of pain. I put ice on it at night and it seemed to help the pain but what really worried me is that after this happened I was having alot of difficulty getting and maintaining an erection and I was having a sharp pain in my kidneys. I didnt know what was wrong so I went to the doctor and he couldnt tell me what was wrong either. He suggested that I get some X-rays to see if its kidney stones and an testicle ultrasound to see if something was wrong with them. Everything came back ok I didnt have kidney stones or anything wrong with my tesicles they said the blood flow in them was fine and I shouldnt have trouble getting an erection. I continued to out ice on it at night and taking medicine and drinking alot of cranberry juice and finally I got the inflammation to go away and starting getting a healthier erection again. Then like and idiot I started smoking marijuana again and again I couldnt get and maintain an erection. I have stopped smoking marijuana again and I have been taking 5-HTP for a while. It seems to be helping but I was wondering what else I can take to help it heal completely.
