Dear Dr. Lin,
Thank you for this website. I have been haveing this problem for two weeks now. When I have sex with my boyfriend, and his penis is in me I have a sharp pain and cramp in the left side of my pelvis. I felt it last night and stick out so much i can feel it. It feels like a mass or something. When his tool goes in me a bit further it hurts more. My guess is that I has a tilted uterus or something because I feel his penis go in and cause the cramp to hit my left side. A tilted uterus (in one left or right side, in the bladder side or
rectum side) causes intercourse pains and/or cramps. A titled uterus is due to a weak uterine-support
ligament and muscles in one side. The uterine-support ligament and muscles lack of the elasticity hormone prostaglandin E-1 and androgen hormones DHEA, androstenedione, testosterone or/and DHT.
Intercourse pains or/and cramps can be caused by the excessive inflammatory
hormone prostaglandin E-2 release, but a lack of prostaglandin E-1, from the vaginal tissues,
that is a vaginal inflammation, due to a lack of acetylcholine/parasympathetic and serotonin nervous activities and androgen hormones DHEA, androstenedione, testosterone or/and
DHT, or due to excessive sex (vaginal abrasion).
When the tiltled uterus compresses your bladder and urethral nerves, in conjunction
with excessive stimulation, you will experience sex-stress induced female ejaculation with urinary release.
