hi dr.lin
i used a vacuum pump 3 years ago and i damaged my spongy erectile tissues. There is inflammation(burning sensation) in my penis and doctors told me that i have scar hardened tissues in my penis because of penile pumping,when i try to erect my penis i can only do it to some point manually and i have no bending or curvature but i have hardened tissues. Actually, the collagen scars spread over the erectile tissues. If the scar tissues are concentrated in certain sections of your penis, your penis should be deformed.
If not, your problem is due to an even spreading of collagen scars over the erectile tissues for reduction of your erection power and hardness.
