i have taken this product called N?vadex which is not Nolvadex.N?vadex is
from gaxpari nutrition it has natural steroidal aromatase inhibitors I took
it for one week. My estrogen dropped to 30 my testosterone went to 1200 and
my free test went to 45 but my DHT went only to 34.So my testicles are very
much alive. I stopped it because the test was way too high and it did not
raise my DHT.Either the Novadex inhibits the % alpha reductase or I have no
5 Alpha reductase
With this said even with good testicular function can the 5 alpha reductase
enzyme be fixed.or should i just take transdermal DHT. Would some growth
hormone correct the genetic expresion..
This has ben very frustating considering I was fine until I took 0.5 mg
pr?pecia for 2 weeks.

Ok. So, the problem is that your liver produces very little 5-alpha reductase.
And your free testosterone level is low (below the average 55 ) either when your testosterone level reach 1200 ng/dl. This means you liver produces too much SHBG protein that binds testosterone in the bloodstream
Basically, the Finasteride has damaged your liver's 5-alpha reductase release and likely stimulate your liver to release excessive SHBG (???). By the way, I suspect the aromatase inhibitor indirectly stimulates the liver to release too much SHGB, instead of Finasteride, since the excessive testosterone won't be converted into either estrogen or DHT due to a lack of aromatase and 5-alpha redctase. When the testosterone level in your bloodstream becomes too high and a toxin to the liver, the liver must fire up SHGB protein to freeze testostereone in the bloodstream in order to prevent the testosterone-induced organs damage!!

Direct adiminstration of DHT won't help.
