Hello,
I'm trying to strenghen my erections after having nerve sparing prostate surgery about three years ago. Currently using ViaPal M ( heavy dose) and one pill of Dopafibra/day along with 1000mg Arginine, and 1000mg fish oil and borage oil. Able to have erections after much slimulation. Using your ballooning tech. once a day to encourage blood flow for repair. Have anorgasmonce a week. Viagra works well, but would prefer to not use it. I use your vip cream for the ballooning/masturbation sessions. Been using our products off and on for a year or so but I've using the ViaPal M for about two months. I'm please with results so far. Would you have any other suggestions I should try?

I didn't know our products could work for prostate-surgery patients, as of today.
Generally, I have to skip the prostate-surgery patients due to uncertainties of the our products effectiveness on this group of unfortunate men.
If the erectile drugs work, obviously your parasympathetic erectile nerves are survived from the surgery.
Since the penile erectile nervous function is driven by both the parasympathetic
and sympathetic (with beta receptors) nervous systems, you can extra DopaFibra and ArgiNOx 30-60 minutes before sex.
DopaFibra powers the erection via the sympathetic nervous beta receptors in the penis and testicles, while ArgiNOx works through the
parasympathetic nervous pathway.
