Alright to the point, from age 13 thru 17 I masturbated too much. The frequency varied from 5 times a day to twice a week. At 17 I found a girlfriend. To please her I preformed kegal exersizes to stop premature ejaculation. We had lots of sex, I remember she cut my penis so I have some scar tissue. When she left me, at age 20 I became depressed. I stayed at home for 4 months. During this time I was on methaphetamine almost everyday I masturbated about 2- 10 times a day. Now I'm 21 years old. I've lost all spontanious erections, my erections are soft and not complete. Orgasms don't feel as good, and I've lost libido. I have fallen in love again, she is ready for me but I'm not ready for her. Do you have any advice for me? What products do you suggest?
