hi. i am a 18 year old male and i have had a problem with acheiving a normal orgasm for a while. i seem to only be able to acheive a proper orgasm when i have a fantasy that i do not want any more. is there anyway to recondition my body to orgasm the way i want it to?

this is a semen production disorder and oxytocin deficiency.
Over-masturbation induced Sexual exhaustion screwed up your hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal and -testicular axis, where the pituitary is responsible for hGH LH, FSH, oxytocin and prolactin production.
Sexual exhaustion changes the pituitary hormone production. Drug abuse
(street or medication, even alcohol or cigarette) can cause the problems too.
A high prolactin level with a low oxytocin level will shut down semen/sperm production and orgasm.
You have to stop ejaculation for a while.
