Hi Dr. Lin. I would like to ask if over masturbation can cause prostate enlargement, as i heard from some websites that it could be possible. I am 17 years old male, and masturbated since 11. Usually twice a day. However, recently, l feel that while urinating, there is as though something that is blocking the urine in the abdomen, and the stream is alot less forceful that last time. Depends on if your masturbation frequency has induced the inflammatory hormone prostaglandin E-2 release in your seminal vesicle and prostate and abraded the prostate duct.
