Hi my name is Keith. I have masterbated since i can remember. maybe 10 or 11. not so much anymore. I used to do it about 3-5 times per day. sometimes more and sometimes less. I started having sex at about 14 anywhere from 1-5 times a day. Harly ever any breaks in between or days when i would not. now im 21 years old. at around 16 i started smoking marijuana and did it regularly and never had erectile or ejaculation problems or pains and i also smoked cigarettes, maybe 3/4 pack per day. at one time i also used cocaine for about 3 months then quit. now im married at age 18 i joined the military and towards the end of my enlistment i started having really weird pain in my testicles. mostly after i would exercise. i would be urinating and it would feel like a really bad sharp pain in between my anus and my testicles that would really hurt when i urinated. and it never happened regularly it could be months in between or even days before it would happen again. i also had a really bad stomach problem i always had to go to the bathroom either urinating or deffocating. countless times i would urinate througout the day and deffocate maybe 2-3 times. i did feel depressed but was too scared to seek treatment. was never able to sleep so i played computer games all night long until i fell asleep from pure exhaustion. and i would never feel refreshed after i woke up kinda like i closed my eyes and then opened them and its morning. or would wake up frequently during the night to use the bathroom. well here i am 3 years later with the same problems. no more drug use. after i got out of the military i started smoking marijuana for about 2 months then quit. did crystal meth like 10 times then quit. been clean for about 2 months if not longer. but now im starting to get really bad lower back pain in my lower left side of my back. and i get pain in left testicle on the bottom. also my testicle doesnt sit the way it used to its kinda lopsided as it lays
there. i also lost pressure when i urinate and urinate frequently still to this day. the pain in my testicles feels like it pulses. my sperm is kinda waterly looking with jelly like lumps in it. my erections arent as strong and i ejaculate very early so intercourse is only about 2 minutes sometimes a min or so longer or only 1 minute long. after i ejaculate my penis still feels hard but its not and it is curved slightly left and i dont feel any real pleasure from it. which further depresses me. and my back still hurts and i dont masturbate hardly ever anymore because of that and religous reasons. but i always feel down and un-manlike. when my penis is flacid it feels like it shrank, i havent noticed any other deformaties i still have hair i dont harldly ever get sick but when i do it lasts for a very long time. never really took perscription medication except for my back pain it feels directly on my spine and the lower left end of my lower back and its always there. ive tried taking asprin, tylenol, ibuprofen, acetomenophen and none of them worked at all no matter how much i took. the only thing that ever worked was 1 750 mg vicadin pill my friend gave me to see if it would work. my mind feels like i cant concentrate on anything that i put my mind on. but vicadin is the only thing that worked. i have never had surgery or anything. and im too scared to really go to a doctor having had problems in my family with doctors. and i dont have medical insurance because i dont make enough money to be able to offord it. please help me with whatever you think i have. i dont remember what i feels like to be normal with no pain in my body or a good nights sleep or just the feeling about being able to have a great intercourse experience with my wife. if you have any questions please email me asap. i will be expecting an email. what do you think that i should do about this?
