Here is what I am going to say;

I would like to tell you that I was surprised to find out there is a similar case as I have it right now.

I had same experiences with the Pax!l, the SSRI.

I have been having severe anxiety and depression problems stemming from my early childhood, so I began taking an SSRI called Pax!l.

Paxil was a nightmare for me. It was too powerful for my body, and I began having numerous side effects.

When I was on Pax!l, I found myself taking the "ecstasy" (MDMA, a street drug) and while on it, I masturbated for hours.

The problem began here; when I was taking Pax!l, it gave me severe ejaculation problem.

I am being completely honest with you on this. Because you are the doctor, and I want to get the right treatment.

I took about 7~10 pills of ecstasy on each use, and I had masturbated almost 12 hours or more without taking a break, or drinking water.
During all of this, I was never able to ejaculate, only feeling heightened orgasm by the ecstasy.

I have been doing this for about 2 years. I had taken a huge amount of ecstasy, and I even made trip to the emergency room twice for getting severely depressed after taking the ecstasy.

As a result, I have a possible brain damage. I have been suffering from many, many problems, and later I found out that they are the symptoms of deficient of serotonin.

After contacting a homeopathic docter, I began taking the 5-htp to regain my serotonin level, and I am planning to take Zooloft (an SSRI) after finish taking the 5-htp, to cure my damaged neurons.

Right now, my current goals are these;

1. I am heavily constipated all the time. I have been helping myself with various natural foods, but it looks like it is still far from becoming okay.
I think this constipation has something to do with loss of serotonin. I think somewhere on my stomach or in the anus area lack serotonin, causing the bowel to stay, instead of getting out of my body. As a result, I began having serious skin irritations all over my face.

Solving the constipation is the most important task for my health at this moment.

2. I began having severe sexual dysfunctions. I have trouble gaining a strong erection, having a difficulty reaching orgasm, having strong "numb" sensation on my sexual sensations, and when I get sexual response, my body gets either moderately anxious and/or depressed. Also, my sex drive had been decreased, and practically all of my sexual functions are severely down. I need to cure my sexual functions back to normal.

Also, I have some vision problems, as sometime things look abnormally blur.

Just to give you a tip, I have been masturbating very, very often when I was little.

3. Curing damaged neurons. Although I am taking the 5-htp and planning to take the Zo oloft, I want to make things more secure. Do you recommend any kind of your remedies to cure the damaged axons and neurons?
This is not my first time taking the Zooloft. I had taken it some years before, and this year, I took it again, after four months of 5-htp to re-gain my serotonin level.
But my body began acting too sensitive to the Zooloft, and making it impossible to raise the dosage to 25mg.

Right now, I am back to 5-htp. But I am planning to go back to Zooloft, after my serotonin level hits normal once again.

It looks like my brain is not doing well on making sufficient amount of serotonin its own, maybe because of brain damage from the ecstasy use.

There are some more to talk about, but I will stop here for now.
