I was wondering how long should I go without masturbation/ejaculation, is it a good idea to go something like 3-4 months?

My condition is very severe, if I go 30 days without masturbation/ejaculate and ejaculate just once in 30 days I get very exhausted. I can't even get it up to masturbate in the first place.
