Causes of Premature ejaculation and excessive precum for no more sexual orgasm

Hi Dr Lin,

My problem is premature ejaculation. I am 30 yrs old and I have suffered from this ever since I became sexually active. I masturbated a lot when I was younger and even then I couldn't last very long. However since I started having sex it has become even worse and on most occasions I cum at the point of penetration or straight after if I have made it that far. The head of my penis is extremely sensitive to touch and even a condom doesn't help much. As soon as I am aroused, which is immediately, I am leaking precum all over the place.
