C-section and hysterectomy resulted in extreme pains, low libido, vaginal dryness, abdomen swelling, headaches for no more sexual orgasm

We had our first and only child 8 years ago. My wife had to have a C-Section and has had nothing but problems since. First the adhesions which led to a partial hysterectomy, then a full later (8 surgeries in 6yrs). Sex for a few years now is obsolete due to extreme pain.
