Docotr I have two questions,
1)I did the but exercise and in one moment tailbone muscle was contracting along with butt. When I fal asleep in this night I sudenly felt greeat heat in all my body especially tail and head, and I got several tailbone muscle contraction. I woke up, this was during sleep so I dont know why it occured?
