Dear Dr.
I have been masterbating to ejaculate and gained orgasm many years before marrying. I have been living with my wife for the past eight years but we have only one child. I still masterbate due to the fact that my wife is not attractive to me. She is overweight. As a result i have been having sex outside my marriage. I do not smoke but drinks alcohol a lot. A sperm count test on me indicated a low sperm count. I have been on many prescription drugs but no signicant change. About six months ago i realised a shrink in my testicles and as at now i almost have none.My right testicle is very very soft and almost none existent while the right one is a little hard but very small also. infact my balls are smaller than a ten years old boy. besides my erection is not hard enough for sex as i have realised of late.
