Case Study: hernia surgery can cause impotence for no sex orgasm

I was wondering, is it possible to get impotence from hernia surgery? I had the surgery, and my doc told me to take it easy, but, (2 weeks after)I wanted to be with this girl, well she was on top of me with clothes on just dry humping but that was the very first time I ever had impotence, but I didn't have it again for about 2-3 year after that. But it became constant to the point where I couldn't ever get it up. At the time I thought it may have been because I took Zantac, I have written you about this before though. I just want if you could to rule it out or in wheather this is the possible culprit. One reason I believe it might be is because I have at some rare times had like an electric shock go down my leg, and more often I have a weird ache in the exact area where i had the surgery. when I feel it with my fingers there is a hard roundish tissue like a bump underneath the skin I'm guessing it is scar tissue, but I can feel my heartbeat when I press on
it. At this point I have been having trouble with my impotence for years now I was just wondering what you think, I am thankful for any input from you \
