My problem is premature ejaculation. My age is 32 and I am a male. I have a history of heroin and methadon abuse, which I see as a root of my problem. Before starting using heroin, which lasted for about 7 years with many periods of clean time, I had a fine sex life, which started when I was 17. However I would like to take some steps in order to heal myself faster. Now I take only St. Johns Wort, Fish oil-Omega 3-1000mg per day and B-complex vitamins. I also drink some vine every day. My frequency of love making now is about every 2-3 days.
