Side effects of Finasteride and Over-masturbation on sexual function and feeling for no sexual orgasm

I used to use finasteride (propec!a). I had good results maintaining my hair with it, but had the sexual side effects. I had loss of erections, softer erections, difficulty ejaculating, less powerful orgasms, and eventually some loss of sensation down there.

I quit it back in July of 2006. Unfortunately, since that time I was nervous and wondered if I was not over the side effects. I began to masterbate more than normal, sometimes multiple times per day. I feel like it has desensitized me, and I still have only slight sensation in my penis. Ejaculating with a real partner is tough now. I can make myself go with masterbation, but again, I think I overdid it.

So now I am not sure if it is JUST prolonged sexual side effects from propecia or if I did indeed masterbate way too much so that I have lost lots of my sexual feeling. any recommendations on what to do will be VERY appreciated! Including what to try from this site and my lifestyle

You can have a blood test for DHEA, testosterone, prolactin, cortisol estrogen, and DHT level. If your DHT is low, but DHEA, testosterone and estrogen level are at bout the averaged or high, it is due to a lack of 5-alpha reducatse enzyme from the liver or due to a lack of gene 5-alpha reducatse expression in the testicles, brain and adrenal glands. This is the typical destruction of finasteride on the liver and testicles.
If your cortisol or/and prolactin level are high, it is due to sexual exhaustion caused by over-masturbation.
