Yes. It is an inflammatory response of air ways or lungs due to excessive prostaglandin E2 production, excessive oxytocin release, and the binding of epinephrine onto the sympathetic nervous
(adrenergic) receptors while the pituitary releases insufficient prolactin to modulate the tissue inflammation in the lungs and air ways. The chest pains indicates excessive inflammatory prostaglandin E2 due to excessive orgasmic expansion or contraction of the lungs.
That is, the tissues in her air ways and lungs were suddenly over-inflamed upon orgasm. This can also result in short breaths during orgasm, sometime sinus or asthma in the post-orgasm state.
some women also experience clitoral inflammation during orgasm and it makes the clitoris become too sensitive to touch.
The inflammatory hormone prostaglandin E2 is released when the clitoral glans is
over-expanded. Prostaglandin E2 can sensitize the local nerves to such as an
extreme that the clitoral glans experiences pain.
It is normal for women to have heavy breathing at a rate of 1.25 times per second during orgasmic contraction, but without pain and short breath.
The alternating release of oxytocin and prolactin during orgasm alternates the binding of epinephrine into the
adrenergic beta and alpha receptors to generate the orgasmic expansion and contraction cycles.
All the organs (including the brain), blood vessels, nerves and muscles are supposed to follow the uterine contraction and expansion shock waves with heart at 1.25 times per second without pains.
