Without knowing your use of Finasteride and obtaining your masturbation and drug use history, I could just assume your testicular function failed to convert testosterone into DHT or consider it is premature andropause. In fact, your problem resulted from the destruction of the liver and testicular function by Finasteride.
The most destructiive effect of Finasteride is on the liver 5-alpha reductase production mechanism. Once the liver enzyme 5-alpha reductase production is destroyed, the testosterone-DHT conversion is minimized to nothing. DHT is responsible for the penile health and growth in conjuction with hGH, DHEA and testosterone when the cortisol and prolactin level are in the averaged of the nornal range. If your liver produces sufficient 5-alpha reductase, you can have a high level of DHT to have a healthy penis, muscles, bones and brain function. In an animal experimental model, castrated young rats with testosterone injection can elevate their DHT level back to about 80-90% of the uncastrated group. This means, as long as the castrated young rats' liver can still release enough 5-alpha reductases for testosterone-DHT conversion in the tissues other than the testicles which contributes only about 20% of the whole-body DHT production.
Without sufficient DHT, you can not practice penile ballooning, since you have to fight for penile shrinkage, instead of penile growth. Chronic depletion of DHT in the penile tissues, the density of the DHT receptors will drop and the penile erectile tissues in the tunica albuginea, spongy corpus cavernosa and Corpus Spongisosum become very rigid and inflexible accordingly.
