From the comments i have been reading , it looks i am not the only one with this habit of over-masturbation.I know it is very diffiult to control but i recently realized that how deadly it is.Unfortunatlely, medical science has no solution.

Dr Lin, briefly speaking 30 male, over mastubation habit since 14. I have signs of fatigue as usual with muscle cramps.Mental output is no good , take more time to understand things.I dont feel that power that i see in a body builder.I want to have strong body but feel weak even to lift small weights,cant do much physical work.My first concern goes to my penis whose skin has been badly disfigured with skin piling up due to constant rubing.Small veins are bulging outside.Also the bulb has got dark in color and skin contracted and rough due to rubing and got small pimples.cant think of showing to my wife.My second concern is about that over time, i feel that i dont get erection automatically as i used to get before and I have to use my hand to stimulate but once mind changes,immediately i loose erection. Is it some weaking of blood nerves?
