When you are about to orgasm, your hypothalamus and adrenal medulla release a high level of epinephrine for sympathetic nervous Fight or Flight responses.
The sympathetic nervous Fight or Flight are supposed to trigger the pelvic (uterine, vaginal, bladder and rectum/anal) contraction for orgasm.
Generally, the serotonin and GABA nervous system in the digestive system and bladder are supposed to attenuate the sympathetic nervous contractions (panic responses) in the stomach, intestine, rectum and anus .
If your serotonin and GABA nervous function in the rectum and anus are too weak to modulate (actually, attenuate) the orgasmic stress (Fight) responses, the sympathetic nervous contraction will induce bowel movement. It can happen during a highly sexual arousal state when the serotonin and GABA nervous function are too weak to control the dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion in the hypothalamus and adrenal medulla.
If this happens in the bladder nervous control, you will release urine.
If this happens in your stomach, you will experience stomachaches or post-sex diarrhea.
