Case Study: Why SSRIs drugs can not stop his big anxiety and

Well i've been taking the SSRI Lexxapro for about a week now.
Its been okay for stopping fears & depression so far.
But today i was masturbating,not wanting to ejaculate.
I was just sort of arousing myself but not wanting to ejaculate.
1....About 30 minutes after that session i had a really big anxiety attack.
Being that i did not ejaculate how come i still suffered the panic attack?
2...Did i load my body up with too much dopamine/epinephrine from arousal?
For a dilated pupils,rapid heart beat,mental confusion,and so on.
3...Why are the anxiety attacks so different & extreme while taking an ssri?
As opposed to having an anxiety attack while not on them.
4...What is the mechanism of action during this type of SSRI anxiety attack?
5....Could 5-HTP prevent these from happening?

1. The SSRIs drug can not block the reuptaking of serotonin, but won't increase the serotonin synthesis in the nervous terminals. Therefore, you don't have enough serotonin to stop the dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion in your hypothalamus and adrenal medulla for the sympathetic nervous Fight or/and Flight responses to highly sexual arousal. Anxiety is the sympathetic nervous Fight; panic attack is the
sympathetic nervous Flight.
2. Sexual arousal triggers your excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion when it burns out your acetylcholine, serotonin and GABA in your brain and adrenal glands; then your dopamine, DHEA and
testosterone too low to support your pituitary oxytocin production for emotional stability. And your pituitary release excessive prolactin to shut down your sexual function; particularly, the SSRIs drugs causes HyperProlactimia as described in

3. SSRIs drugs screw up the liver, stop the serotonin natural production and the pituitary oxytocin
release, and boost the prolactin production.
SSRIS drugs perform chemical castration.
