Reader: 11/19/2007>Hi Dr. Lin, When practicing the ballooning method, would it be effective if I screw my girlfriend for 20-30 minutes at the .625 circle/second rate or should we stay at that rate for about 10 minutes then go to 1.25 stroke/second for 10 minutes then up to the 2.5 stroke/second for the final 10 minutes? Obviously, 5-minute screwing sex at 0.625 stroks(cycles)/second has already ballooned up your penis enough to let you fully control your ejaculation.
You can continue to balloon your penis with the high-speed thrusting rate while
