Yes, You have to adjust the stepwise, long (3-5 seconds), deep inhaling (with a shallow, short (1-second) air release or holding) ) to slightly increase the air pressure in the lungs and the low-abdominal expanding pressure against the bladder to relax the prostate more.
You can have more oxygen and and retain more carbon dioxide in the bloodstream
at the same time. Increasing carbon dioxide will trigger vasomotor nerves (parasympathetic) induce a rapid dilation of the arteries
(with hypercapnic effects) and an increase of blood flow with more oxygen toward your penis and brain for relaxation.
Increasing the oxygen concentration is to keep your brain clear for better control.
Warning: Don't inhale carbon dioxide.
This will cause severe hypercapnia (generally the arterial carbon dioxide
pressure, PaCO2 greater than 10 kPa
or 75 mmHg),
symptomatology progresses to disorientation, panic,
hyperventilation,
convulsions,
unconsciousness,
and eventually death.
Your brain/nervous cells and penis need a lot of oxygen to function.
