I had a quick question for you. I've been taking your
products for almost three years now and I've come
along way from when I first started taking them. I
take v!agra occasionally but I went from being
completely impotent to now having a girlfriend who
lives with me and having sex 3-4 times a week.

completely prevented my sexual exhaustion symptoms of
the past: ringing ears, depression, mood swings. I
just make sure I take them after I ejaculate. 

I recently started to do some light jogging (20
minutes every other day) and I thought it would help
my problem and my body is built for running (I used to
run the mile in four minutes thirty seconds). Since
then it seems slightly more difficult for me to

Dr. Lin: 12/11/2007>Since you live in Maryland, I suspect the cold wealth slows down your androgen hormone production. Jagging actually enhance the pituitary-testicular function, but exposing your body to the cold weather cold down your hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal and -testicular axis. Cold weather can trigger depression for those whose neuro-endocrine function is weak.  The traditional Taoism teaching advises men to restrain ejaculation or cut down the ejaculation frequency as possible as they can during the winter season. The skin, head and spine can adjust the hypothalamus-pituitary function, and the skin itself also works as a Peripheral Neuroendocrine organ which can directly produces hormones and neurotransmitters under the stimulation of sunlight, warm temperature, massage, pulse DC electric current, or pulse DC electromagnetic field. When the weather change, some people, with weak acetylcholine, dopamine, serotonin or/and GABA nervous function, may experience body/joint ache or pain in response to the variation of the cosmic/atmospheric DC electromagnetic field.
Both sex and exercises requires androgen hormones. When your androgen hormone production becomes insufficient, exercises can use up the hormones essential to you sexual function.
When your androgen hormone production slows down, you can reduce ejaculation frequency or power up your hypothalamus-pituitary-testicular axis.
