I am a 39 year old male living in the UK. I have been a regular pot smoker for 20 years most days with few breaks. I also spent 6 or so years smoking the very strong pot variety 'skunk' (stopped smoking that about 1 1/2 years ago). I also took cocaine for some 6 years at a low level and in my teens and early 20's I took LSD and amphetamine.
Additionally I was a heavy cigarette smoker for about 16 years (20-30 a day) until about 7 years ago.
I do not drink excessively and never have.
I eat healthily, exercise fairly regularly and I am not overweight.
I also have masturbated and used porn extensively since puberty (probably over masturbated in my 20's) but much less so now (maybe 2-3 times a week now)
When I was about 23 I had a single case of impotence with a new partner that totally changed my life and I don't think to this day I have fully recovered from. Almost overnight I went from being a confident lover to having major anxiety attacks and depression that lasted for 5-6 years with loss of libido, weak erections and premature ejaculation problems.
