Each capsule Contains 100mg GABA, 200mg NIACIN, 600mg INOISTOL. After taking this medicine i was so angry, mood swings. I think the niacin is too high in it and causes histamine release. Is this true? Thats what give me problem?

lack of B6, can block the glutamate-GABA conversion, so that glutamate over-excites your dopamine, norepinephrine, epinpehrine and sympathetic nervous systems for the problems.
Yes, 200-mg Niacin will stimulate histamine production. Histamine joints the excitatory party.
They stimulates striatal neurons in the brain for anxiety, mood swings and stress.
