yes, your stress hormones shot up after a heavy duty workout.
You can do a moderate exercise or take PinealTonin with sport drink containing
some carbohydrates (sugar) to blunt the Glucagon and stress hormone (norepinephrine,
epinephrine and cortisol) production. When you burn out excessive blood
sugar, your pancreas will release too much glucagon in an attempt to stimulate
