![]() Reader: 4/08/2008>Dear Dr Lin, I have realized this problem for 13 years now(over-masturbation and over-exercise ), but my condition is going from worst to worst as it seems I cannot cotrol it, when i get better i over do it and become worst than before. I have stopped ejaculation. But regarding new pains : I feel constant mild headache at the lower back of my head, especially during or after sports. During the first 2 weeks i felt pain(at first morning hours) around my bladder, prostate which lasted 3-4 days and now gradual passed. Also when i woke up my urinate was 80% blocked, felt like a muscle blockage(!) no pain, but also this seem to calm down a bit.
