News updated:
Case Study: Pornography triggers dopamine-norepinephrine conversion
for psychological stress; then, norepinephrine induces prostaglandin E2
production in your hypothalamic preoptic area, adrenal glands, testicles,
prostate, seminal vesicles, bulbourethral glands and urethra for
psychologically stress-induce fever (brain overheating), body aches and pains,
precum/semen leakage and premature ejaculation/orgasm. Addiction on the
norepinephrine and prostaglandin E2 stimulation from pornography will produce
withdrawal symptoms.
Reader: 5/12/2008>Dear Dr. Lin,
I have some questions regarding nutrition when taking your supplements.
I just placed an order today for viap-hgh-J, Detoxia, 5-htp, and Arginox for my
penile exercise healing. I've read through the articles on your website
regarding nutrition, however, I would like some more clarification.
1)Does it matter how many calories I eat in a day?
2)What foods should I avoid?
3)I realize you usually recommend a high protein diet. However, I'm confused on
what you mean by high protein. Exactly how much protein can I have in a day? and
what sources can my protein come from?
I really think the main issue for me is finding the right balance of food for
weight loss, healing, and just feeling good overall. I'm trying my best to avoid
rice and bread and sugars in my diet and eating more fruits and vegetables.
However, I find myself feeling hungry and irritable, especially during the
evening. I don't know if this is because I'm not eating enough.
Also, I've completely stopped masturbating for a week now and I've completely
stopped looking at porn. I don't know how to completely explain what I'm
feeling, but I almost feel depressed. I think I'm having withdrawals. It's
gotten to the point where I've lost interest in communicating with my
girlfriend. She tries to get intimate with me, but I just can't seem to get in
the mood. Is there any explanation for why I'm feeling like this?
Thanks again. I appreciate your help.
Dr. Lin: 5/12/2008>
1)Does it matter how many calories I eat in a day?
Yes,
Don't overload your liver with too much nutrients. You can inflame your
liver with foods overloading. I learn this from force-feeding
for Foie Gras
2)What foods should I avoid?
cakes! soda drinks! High saturated fat products.
3)I realize you usually recommend a high protein diet. However, I'm confused on
what you mean by high protein. Exactly how much protein can I have in a day? and
what sources can my protein come from?
Natural Proteins can be from seeds, nuts, sea foods, eggs
and lean meats.
OK. you can eat 4-8 oz seeds/nuts, 8-oz fish or shrimps (oysters or lobsters),
and 1 egg.
Lean animal meat 8-oz can replaces fish or shrimps. But you should alternate
them day by day.
Sea Foods (sea weeds, shrimp and other shell fishes) contains a high level of
glutamate which can over-excite the brain's glutamate-dopamine nervous
interaction. Shrimp and other shell fishes contains high LDL and HDL, but low
saturated fat, can maximize your androgen hormones production without worrying
about too much LDL residing in the bloodstream. But, overloading your body with
these super foods can let your brain, liver, kidney and digestive system catch
feeds, leading to sleeping disorders, thirty and bowel movement difficulty.
You also need a lot of vegetables and fruit, at least 5-7 serves a day.
You can get sugar from fruits to calm your down and avoid excessive stress
hormones and glucogan overshooting.
Actually, you relied on the prostaglandin E2 stimulation
and the heating effect of the thermosensitive neurons on the
dopamine-hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis since pornography triggers your
dopamine-norepinephrine release. Then, norepinephrine induces
psychological stress and activates on the thermosensitive neurons and the
prostaglandin E2 release mechanism in the preoptic area of the hypothalamus and
on the COX-2 enzyme for prostaglandin E2 release, and on the prostate/penile
prostaglandin E2 receptors to stimulate the local nerves for sexual arousal.
Once you cut off pornography, you feel a lack of norepinephrine and
prostaglandin E2 stimulation in your brain, penis and prostate. For the
same reason, when a couple break up, the man and woman tends to addict to
over-masturbation.
You should get a healthy stimulation from dopamine, androgen hormones and
oyxtocin under the parasympathetic, serotonin and GABA nervous control.
