I'm very glad to find your website as it answers a lot of questions for me. Let me  explain my situation in full. My symptoms are as follows 

- Premature Ejaculation (Although I am sexually inexperienced) and I guess a fair ammount of pre-cum, during foreplay (fingering and I'd say I had a full errection at the time) I noticed there were some small pre-cum stains (deffo not ejculate) on my boxers. Not sure if this is normal but it wasn't what I would call a lot.

- Weak Irrections/No Morning Irrections after not masterbating for a few days I get spontaneous irrections at around three o'clock. When I am with a partner I get around a 2 o'clock irrection
- Some sleep problems
- Moody after ejaculation but it goes away after a day
- Low Libdo (After 10 days of not masterbating and doing the first part deer exercise it came raging back)

Dr. Lin: 6/12/2008>Thank you.  Testosterone upgrades the dopamine-norepinephrine conversion in the brain and adrenal medulla for excessive norepinephrine release. Norepinephrine is the neurohormonal fuel that triggers the neuro-immune reaction for the generation of pyrogenic cytokines and protein kinase for pro-inflammation and anti-inflammatory responses, where cytokines, acting as Immunotransmitters,  are small proteins secreted in response to an immune stimulus to mediate and regulate immunity, inflammation, and hematopoiesis (referring the formulation of blood cellular components.)  The initially acute release of norepinephrine induced by sexual arousal is pro-inflammatory to bring you in the "heat" or "sexual rush" state with a surge of prostaglandin E2 production in the brain, adrenal, testicles (or ovaries), prostate, uterus, G-spot (vagina)  penis and clitoris for sexual desire and erectile function.  This is how the sexual desire is initiated from the brain down to the sex organs.  Prostaglandin E2 elevates the temperature of these organs and dilate the arteries to pump the blood into these organs and help you get ready for mating if your cortisol and prolactin level won't rise high enough to cause the arterial constriction.
However, the inflammatory hormone prostaglandin E2 can also stimulate the cortisol release and prolactin release to exert anti-inflammatory action by blocking the binding into the alpha-adrenergic receptors for your penile going limp and by inparing your testicular function during sex.  Excessive prostaglandin E2 in the bulbourethral glands, prostate and seminal vesicles gives you precum and semen leakage during sex arousal, even without erection,  and premature ejaculation during sex. The sympathetic nervous responses to sex are termed as Fight or/and Flight
Post-ejaculation mood swing, anxiety, stress and depression are due to a low GABA nervous control on your hypothalamus and a low serotonin nervous control in your hippocampus.  This means both GABA and serotonin nervous function are too weak to control your brain and to modulate your noradrenergic/sympathetic nervous function in the post-ejaculation and post-orgasm state.
Morning erection is driven by the parasympathetic nervous function and the noradrenergic/sympathetic nervous function ( due to norepinephrine and cortisol  hooting up from 4-7 o'clock). Your low libido is a result of low dopamine in the hypothalamus-pituitary axis. With a weak dopamine nervous stimulation, your pituitary releases too much prolactin and insufficient oxytocin to drive your sex and erection. Your low dopamine level is a result of constantly excessive dopamine-norepinephrine conversion that keeps your brain on fire with excessive prostaglandin E2 production.
