Reader: 6/18/2008> AT 46, I have recenetly been diagnosed with low-T, hypothyroidism, and extremely high cholesterol. I was an avid bodybuilder until some major stress in my life took over. I gained over 80 pounds and have been trying desperatly to lose weight through diet and exercise (alot of injuries from overtraining). A personal trainer recomended an endocrinologist who put me on Androge! 5gm and Lev0xythyroxie, plus l!pitor. I am now in my sixth week and am told that I should feel more energy, a better libido and start to lose weight. Nothing so far. I am also premature ejaculating but for the past week I have been practicing Kegels and jelging and edging. My ejaculate is also very low and doesnt feel fulfilling when I ejaculate.
I am going to revisit my doctor within the next week where I am sure she will increase the Androge!. In the meantime, I would like to lose weight, start bodybuilding again without being sore all the time and of course, I want to have some great sex.
What can you recomend without breaking the bank - the prescriptions are killing my wallet.
