Case Study: Over-masturbation side effects includes persistent
sexual arousal induced testicular pain, stomach cramps and etc. Why?
Reader: 6/23/2008>The day after this masturbation, some of the same O.M.
symptoms (testicular pain, stomach cramps, etc.) returned but in a mild form,
not extreme like before. What else can be the cause of this stomach cramp and
other O.M. symptoms ? The stomach cramp pain was the first symptom to manifest
itself during the ejaculation. The last time I masturbated (before this session
of which my last e-mail is about) it was after prolonged sexual arousal (of
which you warned me against after that session) and I felt the same stomach
cramp but with a stinging feeling in my penis while I ejaculated (the discomfort
was more intense than my recent session during this time, and all the other O.M.
symptoms associated with it were too). Afterwards, I took your advice and didn't
engage in persistent arousal. I waited for the symptoms to diminish until I
masturbated again. I told you about this second session in my last e-mail. The
symptoms weren't as severe so I think I'm on the
right track. There is improvement.

are the nervous panic responses to the elevation of norepinephrine and epinephrine
and their induced excessive prostaglandin E2

Your parasympathetic/vagal, GABA and serotonin nervous function are too weak to
reduce the dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and to modulate
the noradrenergic and sympathetic nervous function and inflammation. It
gives your stomach and testicular panic responses.
A low dopamine level with excessive norepinephrine, epinephrine and
prostaglandin E2 elevates the pituitary prolactin and adrenal cortisol
release, leading to a lockup of the adrenal DHEA production and the testicular
function and the prolonging the recovery of post-orgasm sexual exhaustion.
