Case Study:  Couple-week PC Muscle Exercises resulted in weak erection, premature ejaculation, groin pains, and perineum pain.

Dr. Lin,
    About a year ago I decided to try PC Muscle Exercises because of the supposed benefits.  After I had done them for a couple of weeks my erection had become very weak and I was pre-maturely ejaculating, which I had previously never done.  I decided to keep doing the exercises thinking that results would still come, but then soon stopped because the results were becoming worse and I had finally done proper research on the subject and learned of similar side-effects that I was experiencing.  After I had stopped things slowly started to get better but I was never able to get back to the way I was before I had done the exercises.  It has been a year since I have done them, and although I am much better than I was, I am still not the same.  I am a very competitive soccer player and about a month or two after I had done the exercises I experienced a very bad groin injury that still, after almost a year I have not been able to fully recover from.  Since my injury both of my groins are painful when I play and the pain has spread to my lower back and throughout most of the area near my PC Muscle.  I had never thought that these exercises could be the cause of this but after doing some research, I think that this is the main cause.  I have been to a doctor and he has told me that my prostate is inflamed, which is obviously a result from the exercises.  I really need to get better from my injuries and get back to my old self sexually after foolishly doing these exercises without the proper knowledge of what I was doing.  I have read that Massage Cupping Therapy is something that could help, and I have also seen that you recommend some medications.  Any feedback would be great, and I am hoping that you could help me get back to the way I was sexually, and over my injuries so I can get back to playing, which is my main concern.  Thank you very much and I hope to hear from you soon.

It is a sympathetic nervous Fight or/and Flight responses.
The sympathetic nerves L1 and L2 projected from Spinal Cord Disc L1 and L2 into the genitals, pelvic area, and perineum, along the inner legs, down inner ankles and feet.  PC muscles exercises stimulates the L1-L2 nervous activities and induced inflammatory hormone prostaglandin E2 production.

Excessive stress hormones norepinephrine and epinephrine release also cause arterial constriction for poor blood circulation and tighten your muscles and tissues against the inflammatory nerves for pains and cramps.
