is the maximum time I should spend during the day doing the ballooning
method I have been doing an hour in the morning and an hour in the
evening, is this too much? Will it burn too much bio electricity and
testosterone and inhibit the growth? Also I have Via Dopa and Dopa
Fibra, can they be taken together? I think I remember reading on your
site they shouldn't be, so I am only taking Via Dopa at the moment

Yes. You have to limit to 30-40 minutes per session. If practicing it twice a
day, you need a lot of prostaglandin E1/E3, DHEA, testosterone, DHT,
Nitric Oxide and endorphin to maintain your nervous bioelectricity and tissues
elasticity against the possible excessive prostaglandin E2 and histamine release
from the penile tissues.
You also have to avoid stimulation on your urethral nerves; instead, stimulate
the vagal nerves from your pubis to your glans penis in the upper side of your
penile shaft.
Don't take ViaDopa and DopaFibra together for the non-intercourse penile
ballooning practices, unless you want to have stronger erection and lasting
longer for sexual intercourse using the vagina for your penile ballooning .
