Dear doctor

 I am a 28 year single mom and am devastated in my recent situation. see about a year ago i was put on a antidepressant for anxiety at my job. Anyways with it came a host of side effects such as weight gain breast enlargement/soreness headaches depression for the first time in my life, paranoia, anger loss of muscle tone evn when working out with strength training, a dull dry feeling, dry eyes at night and lethary and weekness. I tried to quit cold turkey but had such bad withdrawls that i only got two hours of sleep each night, so with doctors advice about "I must just be having reaccuring anxiety," i went back on it for 6 months with no improvements. Oh and I noticed i had no sex drive. So I weaned off and have been off for 3 months. My dry eyes finallyu started to subside but I still am a little depression, no motivation, no muscle gain with lifting weights and no libido, and since I've stopped I have occasional twitching all in my body at various times. ( What is this ?). My left eye twitched while on the drugs. Please help will my body go back soon or will it take a long time. i eat right excersize. I swear my testosterome use to be high for a female, because i had muscles, acne and high sex drive now i have none. maybe i have high shbg and less free testosterome. Help I have no health insurance but still need doctors advice.
