ejaculation caused all those problems because my adrenals were releasing to much
cortisol, the holdbacks have solved all my problems but now I have another
problem.
I started lifting weights and when I lift weights it causes sleep disturbances.
I assume that when i lift weights my adrenals release to much cortisol just like
when I ejaculate. What can I do to prevent lifting weights from causing to much
cortisol to be released??? Is there anyway to lift weights without suffering
excess cortisol and without it messing up my sleep pattern?? Thank you
Dr. Lin: 11/09/2008>Yes, weightlifting causes
excessive cortisol, prolactin, norepinephrine, epinephrine, and glucogan release
for your sympathetic nervous fight and flight responses.
You may have to increase your carbohydrate intake during or just before
weightlifting.
You should limit your weight lifting during to 30 minutes.

weightlifting for a faster recovery.
