Case Study: Lower abdominal exercises caused his involuntary
ejaculation, why?

Dear Dr. Lin,
I have a problem whenever I workout my abs ( ab crunches, leg raises). I feel
the urge of going to the bathroom and pee. During my workout at lot of prostate
fluid comes out (transparent) that force me to stop my workout. Whenever I
ignore this symptom and continue exercising, I ejaculate. I have also noticed
that during my workout, especially leg raises for the lower abdominals, I feel
sexually aroused.
Is this something normal and how can I prevent this from happening.

with vegal, serotonin and GABA nervous control disorders.
When your stress response axis, hypothalamaus-pituitary-adrenal axis, is very
exhausted, exercises can easily excites your pituitary ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic
hormone) release and then trigger excessive stress hormones
norpeinephrine and epinephrine release from your hypothalamus and adrenal

Norpeinephrine and epinephrine excites your noradrenergic, adrenergic and
sympathetic nervous function in your prostate and seminal vesicles for emission
