Solution for non-bacterial prostatitis, low back pain and penile pain

Reader: 12/17/2008>what to take for non-bacterial prostatitis I have had for on and off for over 20 years. Had all of the urology tests back in 1991 and western medicine only has anti-inflammatory,antibiotics,pain relievers,hot sitz baths etc. Have tried various natural remedies some have worked well but now nothing seems to work. Help! Have low back pain, penile pain(burning and sometimes a cool feeling) everything seems to work and fluids seem to look fine. Just been to the urologist Nov.2008 physical test felt fine no infection he put me on Lyr!ca. wants to send me to a pain specialist. Back in Jan. 2000 I was really in pain lost 4 days of sleep ended up on mental floor treated for depression and anxiety after 9 days was pain free.left me with insomia issues when not on medication, quit taking anti-depression (effexor we!lbutrin) because of sexual side effects now take clonazepam,mirtazapine,zolpidem,citalopram.pain started in backOct.23still in pain.last bout was in Feb. March this year started to take natural remedy containing things like saw palmetto, goldenrod,hydrangea root,bee pollen,l-glycine,l-glutamic acid,siberian ginseng,l-alanine,silicon and vitamins etc.went away felt fine for the most part all spring summer and fall until now. What do you recommend? What is the cost? Whats bull and what really helps, what is a waste of money out there? Lets sort this out before x-mas so I can enjoy things again.
