I am 20 years old and i have been masturbating for 7-8 years now.At first I didn't do it quite regularly(once twice a week...or once a month).I was able to keep up this pace until I was 15 when I first had ejaculation.From then on I would do it twice or three times a day.I try so hard to control it but i can't.I am so glad when going on vacations because I can stop just for a little while this ugly habit.I started my sex life at the age of 18 and from then one I had only one or two sexual intercourse that I am proud of...the rest of the time I still go on masturbating.Even after a 7 day break in self-pleasure I can still notice that my penis is not hard enough and my sperm is more and more watery.Loss of concentration is frequent and after having sex or masturbating I urgently need to urinate.All of this made me scared and you are the only one I can turn to for help.
