Hi Dr,
I have read alot of your articles and my problem seems to be around over
masturbation i started masturbating at a young age af 14 almost everyday or even
sometimes more that on pornographic images. At about 18 i started to do strenous
exercise such as lifting heavy weights and taking protein supplements. I am know
having a hold range of problems from lack of concentration to blurry vision,
abdominal pain, lower back pain,memory fog, anxity, really bad mood swings. Due
to reading your articles i have stopped masturbating. I have tried having sex
but i cant reach orgasm even though i can reach some sort of erection to
penerate her but no ejeculation even when masturbating i can ejeculate but
without tingling feeling in testicles. By the way i have also smoked cannabis
but i have know stopped.
My question to you is can i get my self better and reach orgasm whilst having
sex?
Will diet effect my recovery?
Can i still weight train and exercise or shall i give that up too?
