I am dissatisfied with my penis size and sexual performance. I believe that my body and sex organs are not operating at full efficiency. I have been masturbating since age 13. The first few months were full of chronic over-masturbation which is common for someone first discovering their body. Then it settled to 1-2 a day. I have had an unhealthy diet since childhood and have been overweight for years.

For 3 months, I've been taking an SSRI (Esc!talopram 'Lxpro' 10mg/day) for my chronic depression(Been in the family for years) and a stimulant (Addera!l XR 20mg/day) for my ADHD. The medication does help me function (I NO longer have thoughts of suicide, depressive moods, able to have executive function, perform tasks)

I've read on your site how SSRI's and Stimulant drugs kill sexual function, and I have noticed this. My penis has shrunk and only returns to a larger flaccid state when I've been off of the stimulant drug for a couple of days. Even then, I still feel poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of sleep, has caused my penis to be already small regardless if it shrinks even more when I'm on the ADHD meds.

My penis size ranges from 1-2" in length when flaccid and barely reaches 5" when erect. Girth has not been measured, but is unsatisfactory as well. I no longer have spontaneous erections, and pausing and strengthening PC muscles are necessary to hold off ejaculations. I tried to perform the "ballooning" method, but then I realized that because I have no spontaneous erections, ballooning is not possible. I masturbate once a day and it now has to be accompanied with the aid of pornography otherwise maintaining an erection is not possible.

I would like to know what I need to do, to regain my sexual life back, grow my penis to a satisfactory length and girth, and be able to perform the way a healthy human male was supposed to perform. Can I achieve this while on SSRI's and Stimulants.
