Hi there,

I suffer from aches and pains after sexual activity. Since I have been single for some years, the sexual activity is normally masturbation. The aches are in my hands and shoulder, and sometimes lower back. They last for several days after ejaculation, normally at their worse 48 hours after. During this post ejaculation period, I get itchy eyes, frequency of urination and bowel movement increases (poo 4-5 times a day), I am also prone to get migraines and generally feel miserable. My sexual 'control' and performance is poor during this period, would have trouble getting it up.

I have been going to Alexander Technique for some time which helps alot. It has helped with sexual performance, aches, feel happier, get control and help posture etc. And more recently I have tried Reflexology too which is good. I try not to masturbate much, maybe once every couple of weeks.

After a couple of months of going to Alexander Technique, I realised that I had a 'fear of pain' in my left testicle. When I was about 7 years old I had to have an operation to have an'undescended testicle' lowered. Although the extreme pain at the time went away, I dont think the 'fear of pain' went away. I couldnt even touch my own testicle without wincing, tightening, and feeling very uneasy. I would feel even more uneasy with girls touching. Over time I have learnt to try and release this fear which I believe effects my muscles when ejaculating (tightening).

I have also been trying to learn to 'dry orgasm'/have multiple orgasms/dont ejaculate.. with a little success- although I leak abit and probably tighten too much, when I retain the sperm I feel much better, but still have along way to go to learn it correctly. (I have read a book called 'Multi-Orgasmic Man' by Chiv)

I dont take drugs and try and eat healthy.
