I write to You because I need Your help. My english is weak but i hope that You understand me some how. Now I try to describe You my problems.
I think my problems cause taking of some drugs few years ago. I smoked large amounts of pot and i masterbate quite often.
When I was 22 I had a psychotic episode after smoking marijuana. Several months after this event my hair started falling out and i have horrible pimples on my face. From 2 years I have problems with my potency and health. I visited my urologist and i made some research. My blood test showed low Testosterone and LH level:
My Testosterone level is 3,8 ng/ml when the norm is 2,6 - 10,09 for men and 0,1 - 1,1 for women
My Free Testosterone level is 5,9 pg/ml when the norm is 8,9 - 42,5 for men and 0,1 - 3,1 for women
The Magnetic Resonance of pituitary body did not show no faultiness like a button etc. but low LH level suggests that the problem is in the brain.
Now I'm on testosterone replacement therapy. I take Tostran 2% gel - 30 mg of testosterone every day but it isn't working too well.
Effects of my low testosterone level include fatigue, muscle loss, poor libido, erectile dysfunction (weak and soft erections 4-5 o'clock), depression and anxiety, difficulty concentrating, psychological and relationship problems. But I don't know why my hairs fell out and why have I an acne?
Should I continue my testosterone replacement therapy? How can I solve my problems? Please educate me.
