Ok, I have added 400IU vitamin D for my digestive function. I also
take Viagrowth III, an amazing product that helped me graduate graduate school in
the top 10. But the stress has left my digestion slowed.
I have ordered your ginseng 4x because I have read ginseng helps normalize
nervous function and digestion. This is important because though
I exercise, I'm getting fat.
I was going to add Mucuna but I don't know about dopamine's effects on
digestion. I have read that Mucuna and Dopamine can slow
digestion. I have tried your 5-htp with GABA, which relaxed me but
causes nausea so I cannot take it any longer, which is fine because I have
become more relaxed as I get older (27 years old). I've learned to choose
my battles in life :)
Would Mucuna help my digestion further? Would you recommend anything
further? My digestion/absorption is good, but slow, somehow making me
fat (even with exercise). I have added extra Muria Puama liquid for
nervous function to go with Viagrowth III and Ginseng 4x. What
am I missing?

Continue taking Vitamin D 1000 IU 4 times a day.
Yes, Mucuna increases dopamine and can also boost dopamine-norepinephrine
conversion if your serotonin and GABA nervous control is strong enough or your
dopamine nervous function is too high.
Limit Mucuna at 200 mg twice a day. Extra Mucuna won't help; instead, it
can cause sympathetic nervous Fight or/and Flight responses.
