Reader: 5/19/2009>I've had testicle pain for past 24 years. It is usually on left side but sometimes goes to right side but rarily both testicles. It started with Epididymitis pain and testicle pain. For a long time I've also had annus itch and annus soreness.

Doctors said they could not see any problem. Then I had a prevent check up at Kaiser, I had a Nurse exaim me,I told to be gentle with my testicles that they hurt. She did most throught exam I ever had, she found out I had enlarge prostate (I had seen 3 urologist,they had never found the problem). She sent me to a urologist, he said I had enlarge prostate but could do nothing for the pain or prostate, other than sitz baths. Which did nothing and sometimes made it worst.

After few years of wanting help I looked for a solution by using herb formulas such as saw palmetto, pygium africanum, etc. This helped alot but did not take it away. The effects were that prostate went down and now it is small to normal. The side effect of this problem is I have leg cramps , more testicle pain more leg cramps. The only thing that releves it or lessens it is sexual relations with my wife and sometimes that makes it worst. In last few years it getting worst. Even confining underwear causes the pain.

While working and exercise the pain is lessed.

This problem started about when I got a parrsite infection from the water supply at job site. I suffered for 15 year until a doctor who found out I had more than on parasite and cured it.
