My sister is doing well on just 15 days of MoodMax and Pinealtonin.  Energy and mood up.  No yeast infections.  Floaters and joints have some improvement. 

My dad doesn’t get up but maybe once a night to use bathroom.  He is taking Via Growth IV, Moodmax, and Pinealtonin.  He has had drastic improvement in just 30 days. 

I am doing better also.  My urgency and frequency have reduced by about 60% from when I first started.  I started having Parkinson like shakes when ever bladder was too full and sometimes after I empty bladder.  I was also having shakes after ejaculation during intercourse.  I take 2 doprafibra a day and that has help reduce shakes.  I only ejaculate about 2-3 times a week now.  Should I decrease frequency? 

I still have inflammation in pelvic region and do not get morning erections.  I have floaters and they appear less defined now.  I just started with the ArigNox and take 3 a day + 2 MoodMax + 2 Dopra Fibra + 3 Pinealtonin +1 Melantonin.  Fish Oil every meal with Vit C,D + Zinc which I have been taking for 2 months now.  I have added VIP Cream treatment too.  Do I need anything else? 

I also have a cracking sound in my joints.  I have cupped area around and there is a lot of blood congestion near my right shoulder.  I will continue to cup.  How do I get rid of joint cracking?

Dr. Lin: 5/27/2009>I think you are doing OK.
When your bladder is too full,  you are likely to get  shakes and chilliness (with goose bumps) right after release. Yes, what is a release!
A full bladder overstimulates the sympathetic nervous adrenergic beta receptors in the bladder wall  to allow the bladder to expand and to hold the urine by intercepting the micturition reflex control signal from the parasympathetic nerves.  The bladder parasympathetic sensors in the bladder wall keep relay signals in an attempt to empty the bladder while the sympathetic nervous beta receptors keep counter act it util you pulse the somatic nervous signal to activate the sympathetic nervous alpha receptors in the bladder to contract the bladder. At this moment, the hypothalamic and adrenal dopamine-norepinephrine suddenly occurs and your hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis abruptly releases a lot of  norepinephrine and prolactin and cut off Arginine vasopressin (AVP) to initiate micturition.
This abrupt change gives you urinary piloerection (goose bumps) and shakes (shivers) .
The same thing happens upon ejaculation.
To smooth out this nervous response, you have to increase the cholinergic/vagal, serotonin and GABA nervous control and the hypothalamus-pituitary axis.
You can reduce the ejaculation to once every 3 or 4 days to keep more semen inside your seminal vesicles for post-ejaculation nervous replenishment.
This will also help you to reduce pelvic inflammation via increasing your retention of androgen hormones, serotonin and GABA in semen.
Keep the same dosage.
Yes, cup your right shoulder for few more times and use warm water (jet or bath) or a warm towel (for 10 minutes) to sooth the muscle and improve the blood circulation.
You have to do  some stretches or exercises 5 minutes every hour to improve your blood circulation and reduce your stress hormone level. This will also help you get rid of joint cracking.
