Ejaculation does change the hormonal level. At some
extremes, yes, it can change body ordor.
The hormones can be rapidly changed in the post ejaculation state are:
adrenal stress hormones cortisol, norepinephrine and epinephrine, androgen
hormones DHEA, testosterone, and DHT for men (or progesterone, cortisol, DHEA
and estrogen for women), and the pituitary hormones such as prolactin, AVP,
oxytocin and FSH.
Post-ejaculation itching is due to the excessive norepinephrine/epinephrine
induced inflammatory hormone prostaglandin E2 and histamine in the skin. The
skin's allergic response is very similar to the effects of sunshine and its
heat. Under the sunlight and heat exposures, the skin's endocrine function first
releases a high level of stress hormones norepinephrine/epinephrine which in
turn activates enzyme COX-2 and master cells for excessive prostaglandin E2 and
histamine release, leading itchiness and skin rushes.
