Case Study: Sexual exhaustion symptoms with male menopause (andropause):
memory loss, anxiety, sleeping disorders, and hypothyroidism; SSRIs
antidepression drugs worsen the problems and produce more problems such as
no libido, loss of the penile and scroctum sensitivity, low semen
production, eye floaters, memory fog, headaches, depression, suicidal thoughts,
no creative thought, no fantasy, flu-like symptoms with chilliness,
low back pains, chronic fatigue, tiredness, frequent sympathetic Fight or Flight
responses, mood swing, and no more sexual orgasm
Reader: 6/30/2009>Had started having memory problems and anxiety problems
along w/sleep apnea plus hypothyroidism for approx. 19 years.Past 10 years
had been prescribed several different SSRI's which none really relieved my
anixety, w/last one being Pax!l.On it for 7 years.Never felt relief while on
it,past 5 years on it started noticing sexual dysfunctions but didn't really
think much of it until I completely had no sexual use or feelings.Weaned off of
it and have been off for 10 months.Since using SSRI's I have noticed these
symptoms:no libido, loss of penile and scrotum sensation, lack of or low semen
production,no sex drive,eye floaters,memory fog,headaches,depression and
occasionally suicidal thoughts,Unable to have creative thoughts, dreams or being
able to fantasice. Also, over the years every couple months I would come down
with flu-like symptoms w/chills lasting from 1-3 days.Past year I have had
constant low back pain, chronic fatigue, tiredness,no sexual desires or feelings
especially w/my wife.Only able to masturbate with the use of porno even then
w/low or no semen results. No interest in any woman and thoughts of kissing or
being intimate puts me in the fight or flight response.Especially having lack of
emotions toward my wife.
Been to Dr.(s) but no help, except to put me on Progesterone. Was on Synthroid
but never felt better so am now trying Raw Thyroid supplement.Still haven/t felt
any better. The doctors did not think any of my symptoms was ever SSRI's
related! But I'm convinced these symptoms are but not sure what to use.
Been to accupuntrist and on herbals but never felt any results.
Apologize for the lengthy problems but would love to feel normal again w/energy
and life.My wife has been patient but would love to have her husband back again
so I am writing this w/ hopes that you may be able to guide me in the right
direction on what is going on.And what I should do to correct these ongoing
symptoms.
Current supplement is Raw Thyroid and being on my CPAP for sleep apnea.
Thanks for you help.
Dr. Lin: 6/30/2009>
Oops, you got typically sexual exhaustion and
"male menopause" symptoms with excessive high norepinephrine and
epinephrine, but low androgen hormones (DHEA, testosterone and DHT and a weak
dopamine, cholinergic, serotonin and GABA nervous modulation on the
norepinephrine, epinephrine and sympathetic nervous fight and flight responses
and on the inflammatory hormones prostaglandin E2 and histamine release.
These symptoms are listed in
http://action.love/cases/case9848.htm
http://action.love/extra/menopause.htm
As a result of low androgen hormones and high norepinephrine, your pituitary
releases excessive prolactin, LH and FSH, but insufficient oxytocin, leading to
elevation your core temperature and then letting you to experience male
menopause (also know as andropause) for sweating and arterial constriction in
your brain, testicles and penis. The arterial constriction produces
castration effects on the hypothalamus-pituitary-testicular axis.
Excessive prostaglandin E2 causes inflammatory body pains and suppress your
neuro-immune function ; Excessive norepinephrine and its induced prostaglandin
E2 and histamine produces flu-like symptoms, elevation of core temperature
for sweating and chilliness, headaches, memory loss, dizziness, and
allergic responses.
Deficiency of androgen hormones (DHEA, testosterone and/or DHT) and/or
neurotransmitters dopamine, acetylcholine, serotonin, GABA, glycine and
/or argmatine, in conjunction with a high level of norepinephrine, epinephrine,
histamine and/or glutamate can cause eye floaters, eyeball inflammation, blurry
vision, and/or even ear inflammation and ringing
A lack of oxytocin, deficiency of androgen hormones (DHEA, testosterone and/or
DHT), and/or weak dopamine, acetylcholine, serotonin, and GABA
functions, in conjunction with a high level of
norepinephrine/epinephrine/sympathetic nervous fires also depression, anxiety,
stress, bipolar mood swing, fatigue, hypothyroidism, sexual disorders,
seminal production disorders, and so on. The resulted psychological
disorders are too complicated for your doctors, SSRIs antidepression or
other psychotic drugs to solve. Chronic use of SSRis drugs further worsen
your hypothalamus-pituitary-testicular axis by increasing prolactin release
(known as hyperprolactinemia), decreasing/blocking the dopamine nervous action
on the hypothalamus-pituitary-testicular axis, and interfering with the liver
P450 detoxification for severe androgen deficiency. That is, your testosterone
and DHT level should be very low now.
http://action.love/extra/ssris.htm
yes, You will need a high dose of ViaPal-hGH-E(3-011) and ArgiNOx(1-018),
plus FishOil(1000 mg each meal) to help you gradually rejuvenate your
neuro-endocrine function, stabilize your serotonin and GABA nervous function,
reduce your stress and inflammatory responses, and boost your
prostaglandin E-1/E-3 and Nitric Oxide production for healing.
